Where I Come From
I've been on both sides of this. At Plentify I was the first engineer, helping take HotBot from an idea into thousands of homes. I've stumbled over every bump a small team encounters. As a manager at AWS I built the project management, reporting, and operations for an 8-person security team while mitigating 50+ embargoed security events with zero breaches.
